The Hey, Good Cookies! story
Founded in 1993 by two sisters, Hey, Good Cookies! became famous for its baked-from-scratch cookies and other sweet treats.
Before closing in 2017, Hey, Good Cookies! established itself as one of the Iowa Great Lakes area’s finest coffee shops.
The espresso cafe and gift shop has one of the only drive-thrus and outdoor seating areas in Spirit Lake. In 2014, Hey, Good Cookies! added one of the first food trucks to serve the lakes area.
